2.1 By using and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions set out herein (the “Terms”). Please make sure you have fully and carefully read and understood the Terms before placing your order.


2.2 The Terms and Conditions may be updated from time to time (for example to reflect changes in technology, our business model, our system capacity or in relevant laws and regulations), and we therefore ask you to accept the Terms and Conditions every time you shop with us. Any reference to "you" or "your" means you as a user of any reference to "we", "us" or "our" means LLARSEN.


2.3 If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions, you cannot order or purchase goods on


2.4 You have the right to withdraw from this contract without giving any reason within 14 days after the date on which you or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires physical possession of the goods. Read more under "Right of withdrawal".


2.5 The rules on lack of conformity in the Danish Sale of Goods Act apply to your purchase, which means that you have certain statutory warranties for the goods' conformity with the contract. Read more under "Non-conforming goods and incorrect goods".


2.6 Ordering


2.6.1 is open 24 hours a day, but may be closed due to maintenance services. To the extent possible, we try to perform such maintenance services during the night.


2.6.2 An order placed on a public holiday or during the weekend will be processed on the following business day.


2.6.3 You must be at least 18 years old to purchase goods on and possess a valid payment card that is accepted by us. If you are under the age of 18, you must have a legal basis for entering into a contract with us.


2.6.4 We can only process your order if the delivery address is a residential ad-dress or a business address in one of the countries on the "We deliver to" list. We do not deliver to PO boxes.


2.6.5 Among other things, we reserve the right to cancel the contract of purchase in one of the following situations, without being liable for compensation or other costs: Your payment details are incorrect or cannot be verified Your order is placed with the purpose of committing fraud etc. or placed in connection with a criminal offense or other unlawful activities There is an inadvertent error on, such as a payment error or the like We have reasons to believe that you are under the age of 18 Contracts can only be concluded on We do not process orders made in emails, letters or by phone.


2.7 At what point in the ordering process are you bound by your order?


2.7.1 Before submitting the order you have the option of changing the information that you have provided, including delivery and billing information or payment information. Furthermore, you have the option of making changes to your order or to remove goods from your shopping basket.


2.7.2 When you click "Complete Order" and the receipt appears on your screen, you are bound by the contract of purchase. Please read more under section 4.

2.7.4 You will receive an email confirming your order.


2.7.5 After the conclusion of the contract, the provisions on withdrawal apply, see below.


2.8 Access to the Contract


2.8.1 When you place an order, you should receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order. We then carry out a standard pre-authorisation check to make sure there’s enough money on the card. We only accept your order once payment has been approved and we have debited the payment card (and then the contract is made based on these terms).
We store concluded contracts, including the order confirmation, for a certain amount of time, and we recommend that you save these documents as well; they may not necessarily be available in’s system subsequently.


2.9 Measures against fraud


2.9.1 In order to protect you and our other customers against fraud and maintain a high level of security for online purchases, we may carry out verification checks. The verification check may comprise the data that you send when ordering, including your address and payment information.

3.2 CVV (Credit Card Verification Number)


3.2.1 If you pay by credit card, you will be asked to enter the card's security code. You will find the three-digit security code on the back of your credit card, usually on the right side of the credit card's back. The security code is necessary for the payment to be processed and for maintaining a high level of security. There may also be other similar safeguards.


3.3 Payment procedure


3.3.1 Once your goods leave our warehouse to be delivered, your payment will be debited on the selected payment service.


3.4 Prices


3.4.1 All the listed prices for goods and delivery costs include value added Danish tax (VAT) and duty of 25%. VAT will be deducted for delivery addresses outside EU.

3.5 Currency

3.5.1 The currency on may vary as they depend on the customers IP address.


3.6 Delivery

3.6.1 By default we deliver to all* countries worldwide. Should there be any issues with delivery to your country, you will be contacted by Customer Service who will try to find a solution as quick as possible. * We do not deliver to the APO state in the US.


3.7 Delivery Time


3.7.1 The usual shipping time is between 2 and 6 weekdays from the date of the order confirmation. LLARSEN is responsible for the purchase until you have received it.


3.7.2 The shipment is delivered to your home address or a parcel pickup location you choose near you. You will receive the address of the pickup location and the time of pickup at the email that was used on when ordering.


3.7.3 Delivery Cost: LLARSEN offers free world wide shipping.  Customers from non EU-countries should note the risk of custom clearance of the package(s). Such an expense will be held by the customer.  


3.8 Delivery Terms


3.8.1 Goods will be delivered to the delivery address specified in the order. We only deliver to residential and business addresses - not to PO boxes.


3.8.2 Your goods will be delivered Monday to Friday. The time of delivery de-pends on the country in which the delivery takes place and the carrier used.


3.8.3 Please note that the risk of loss of or damage to the goods passes to you after delivery from us to the carrier. If the package appears to be damaged you should refuse to receive the goods. If you wish to complain about any lack of conformity, you are required to give notice to us. Please read more under "Non-conforming goods and incorrect goods".



4.1 You have the right to withdraw from this contract without giving any reason within 14 days from receiving your order. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us on about your decision to withdraw from the contract.


4.2 Effects of withdrawal


4.2.1 If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payments as you used for the initial transaction.


4.2.2 We will withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back and done a fast quality inspection (often same day or by next-day) to ensure the returned goods are unused and with all hangtags and labels in order before allowing or refusing a refund.

4.2.4 You will have to bear the direct costs of returning the goods. We recommend that you save the post office receipt as proof of your delivery of the package to the post office/carrier.


4.2.5 You must send back the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.


4.2.6 You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.




5.1 If your goods are non-conforming or we have delivered the incorrect goods, please contact our Customer Service at If you notice the non-conformity or incorrect goods at the time of delivery, you should refuse to receive the goods.


5.2 In case of non-conforming goods or incorrect goods, you can choose be-tween the following options:


5.2.1 Return the goods and receive a refund of the purchase price and all delivery costs when our Customer Service has processed the returned goods,


5.2.2 Return the goods and receive similar goods when our Customer Service has processed the returned goods, provided we can supply an equivalent, or


5.2.3 Keep the goods and request a proportionate reduction of the purchase price


5.3 When contacting Customer Service, you will be asked to provide the order number, a description of what is wrong with the goods and pictures if possible.


5.4 You are not responsible for costs associated with the return of non-conforming goods or incorrect goods. We will refund the purchase price and of course the delivery costs once we have received the goods, unless you choose to receive new goods to replace the original goods.




6.1 Updating the website


We do our best to update and to ensure that prices, offers, descriptions and other information concerning the goods are correct. Typographical errors and errors in prices, offers, descriptions and other information concerning the goods may occur, and sometimes we discover that the prices on goods are incorrect.


6.2 Force Majeure


6.2.1 We are not responsible for delays or failure to meet our obligations in relation to the Terms, if the delay or the non-compliance is due to events beyond our control.


6.3 The completeness of the contract


6.3.1 These Terms and Conditions constitute the complete terms of the contract between us.


6.4 Invalidity


6.4.1 If one or more of the provisions in the Terms and Conditions are declared fully or partially invalid, the remaining provisions still apply.


6.5 Privacy Policy


6.5.1 We treat your personal data confidentially. Please read our Privacy Policy that explains how we use the personal data that you provide in connection with the ordering procedure, and your use of in general.


6.6 Right to complain


6.6.1 In case you wish to complain about goods purchased from us, please contact our Customer Service. You can contact our Customer Service by telephone or email. You can find our contact information under "General information" above.


6.6.2 You may also submit a complaint about goods purchased from us to the Danish Dispute Resolution Institute, Carl Jacobsens Vej 35, 2500 Valby, Denmark. It is also possible to submit a complaint online via 


6.6.3 You may also use the European Commission online complaints register when submitting your complaint. This is particularly relevant if you are a consumer residing in another EU country. 6.6.4 In case we cannot reach a settlement through the Danish Dispute Resolution Institute, you will have access to submit a complaint to the Consumer Complaints Board.

6.7 Choice of law and jurisdiction

6.7.1 Any contracts concluded between us using these Terms and Conditions are governed by Danish law. Any dispute which may arise in connection with our contract, including its existence or validity, must be brought before a competent court in Denmark. As a consumer you may bring proceedings against us in the courts for the place where you are domiciled.
